Description:
INTERNATIONAL NOTICE invites you to immerse yourself in writing. We gather for the opening ceremony of a writing game, to re-learn the rules, to share a manifesto, and to introduce our live Performance Triangulation Station. We dare you to challenge the authoritarian voice of The Reviewer. We empower you to be experts and dive into Performersion to celebrate your unique perspectives as artists, tech-experts, and audience members with our three-headed lo-fi writing machine. We need you to generate a collective voice, spark new conversations and create a live stream of performative togetherness. The INTERNATIONAL NOTICE working group will be on-hand to offer word-magic advice. Simply bring: a desire for a new, atypical critical discourse. Amateurs, fake academics, charlatans and those afraid of writing are all warmly welcome. Multiply (y)our voices and join us in an instantaneous writing flashmob. Reflect, refract, and explode (y)our experiences of Performersion.

INTERNATIONAL NOTICE is an artist-led project generating new discourse around performances made on the Berlin Free Scene. Developed as an initiative from the choreographic think-tank How Do We Work It? the project is facilitated by the working group: Richard Aslan, Claudia Basrawi, Chris Gylee, Giulia Messia, Louise Trueheart. A pilot phase of the project has been funded by Lifelong Burning / Performance Situation Room and has been supported by Tanzbüro and LAFT.
